The chrononutrition a new kind of diet

Every day, new kinds of arrangements out on the market. It must be said that weight gain concern a lot of people nowadays. But there is evidence for some time to regimes regimes does no good. Instead, it leads to very often "yo-yo" more harmful than anything else.

The principle seems very simple: you can eat fatty foods when you lift, the sumptuous meals at noon (5 hours after the first meal), sugary foods to taste and lighter meals at bedtime.

By following precisely this order, you simply follow the pace of voting body. Indeed, as you could see yourself, as a rule, you consume more energy in the morning and evening. So it seems pointless to eat more at night since you do not have significant calories. Indeed, your sleep will not command a high energy expenditure. So if you eat more at night, you will store the calories unnecessarily.

This idea seems very simple and mostly logical. It seems to flow naturally.

In fact, it allows the consumption of chocolate, chocolate bread, cakes super sweet, if eating the snack. This would finish the day with full of energy thanks to sugar. By cons, if you eat the morning they would be harmful for the morning, your body really needs to fatty foods.

Thus, again unlike other regimes, the cheese is allowed (all cheeses) but only in the morning. This allows you to start the day and go until lunch without the munchies for 11 hours. By following these principles, you should lose weight. But when you look closer, we see that everything is allowed, but as gradually as the day advanced, you need to eat less, you reach the final consumption of 1400 kcal per day. In addition, this type of scheme seems rather divorced, which does not bode well for post-regime.

All I can say is that from what I see, some foods that are allowed (butter, cheese, eggs, for example) are not very good example if you have cholesterol problems, or cardiovascular problems. Moreover, it appears to contain lots of fat (morning).
