Meditation: What's this? (Part 1)

Do you ever happen to concentrate? If so, then think you know!

Meditation allows:

- To regain control of himself, his body as his mind and evacuation problems

- To "ask", to refocus its objectives.

In fact, the primary purpose of meditation is to feel a deep well-being.

There are different methods of meditation for different types of problems to solve.

But before examining one or several techniques of meditation, the first thing to do is learn to breathe correctly. The controlled breathing is a habit to acquire. You should be aware of your breath, you focus on it.

After learning to breathe properly, you can start to think.

Initially the sessions will last approximately 15-20 minutes, then with time and practice, you can go up to 45 minutes or an hour. The key point is consistency: without it, you can not move forward. The ideal is to meditate once a day.

It's your choice, find your own technique. Meditation can be done in different positions: sitting, standing, lying or walking.

The art of meditation does not control overnight. Your mind must adjust to focus, not to wander, not to be disturbed by external thoughts.

Do not force you, you stubborn to the bitter end. Especially do not try to stubbornly achieve a given result. This could only lead to failure.

The purpose of meditation is to reach nirvana, which is reserved for great yogis or large Tibetan monks who meditate 24 hours on 24.

You, on your side, modestly, meditation can:

- Relax

- Improving your creativity

- You can have a clearer mind to solve all your problems

- Increase your concentration

- Help you open to others, to improve your relationships

- You better know you, learn to accept yourself as you are -

Finally, meditation can be practiced alone or in groups. As a group, it might seem simpler because you can get advice but be careful. You have to choose your group does not fall into a cult. Know before you join a group. Should you be unsure of yourself, think better alone.
